Andrea is an operations and strategy expert with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning nonprofits, education, for-profit sectors, and workforce development. As a former CEO and executive leader, she has led multi-site expansions, restructured organizations for growth, and streamlined Finance, HR, and compliance systems to free teams up to focus on mission, not maintenance.
Through Thrive Impact Solutions, Andrea helps organizations of all kinds reduce complexity, build smarter systems, and scale sustainably—always with clarity, control, and alignment to their core purpose.
She also leads L.E.A.D.™, a 16-week research-driven program that translates proven leadership theory into actionable practice, designed for professional women. This program equips them with the tools, strategies, and confidence to fully step into the leadership roles they’ve earned.
